Chang Says Bulk Buying Would Ease U.S. Housing Crisis Video
Aug. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Oliver Chang, head of U.S. housing strategy at Morgan Stanley's research division, talks about U.S. existing home sales data for July and Morgan Stanley's proposal to encourage investors to buy foreclosed or distressed homes in an effort to shrink the U.S. housing surplus, stabilize property prices and provide affordable rentals.
